Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026.

Services

Upper West Side Locksmith & Keys provides locksmith services in New York City. Service availability, arrival times, and the scope of work are confirmed when you contact us.

Authorization

By requesting lockout or key services, you confirm that you are authorized to access the property or vehicle in question. We verify authorization — typically with photo ID — before performing entry work, and we may decline service if authorization cannot be established.

Estimates

Any estimate given by phone is preliminary; the final scope is confirmed on site before work begins, and no work starts without your approval.

Website content

The guides and articles on this site are general information, not professional advice for any specific situation. Contact us for advice about your locks and doors.
